The team is composed of cross-cultural, cross-functional primary consultants with more than 100 years of combined experience. In addition, members come from diverse backgrounds including Philosophy, Industrial Psychology, Neuroscience, Engineering, Marketing, and the Fine Arts.
Each consultant is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate toward their ideal futures. Furthermore, they provide insightful, interactive, and practical learning experiences designed to drive meaningful results.
Raju Mandhyan
Author of five books on leadership and communications, Raju is a cross-cultural coach and learning facilitator with 20+ years of experience developing leaders across APAC. A Distinguished Toastmaster and award-winning speaker, he has coached thousands of executives and delivered keynotes worldwide. Originally from India and now based in the Philippines, he brings global business expertise from his earlier career in engineering, finance, and international trade.
Armi Cortes
Armi is a senior marketing and business development leader with over 30 years of experience growing brands and driving revenue in the Philippines. She currently serves as VP for Sales & Marketing at J Castles while also consulting on digital strategy and market expansion for Inner Sun Inc. Previously a Chief Revenue Officer and longtime executive at Manila Ocean Park & Hotel H2O, she brings expertise in customer experience, corporate affairs, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple industries.
Nigel Gordon Kissaun
Nigel is an executive management consultant based in Manila, with 20 years of experience in operations and manufacturing in the semiconductor and renewable energy industries. He uses his ‘Accelerate to Excellence’ (A2E) methodology, integrating psychology, neuroscience, engineering, and best practices to drive transformation. Previously working across Europe, Singapore, and the Philippines, he brings expertise in strategic planning, business optimization, and mindset change.
Jolline Pamatmat
Jolline is a coach, trainer, and facilitator helping individuals and organizations achieve clarity, growth, and stronger relationships. She is a Strength Strategy Certified Specialist, an International Coach Federation (ICF) trained coach, and a formator for the Volunteer Catechists of the Diocese of Parañaque. Author of a SAFE PLACE for a child, she brings a fine arts background from the University of the Philippines and works out of Palawan, Philippines.
Carlos “Titus” Manuel
Titus is President of the Philippine Computer Society (PCS) and Founding Chairman of the National Association of Data Protection Officers of the Philippines (NADPOP). A visionary leader in IT, data privacy, and digital transformation, he has shaped the technology landscape of the Philippines. With expertise in project management, AI, and information security, he is committed to empowering professionals through education, innovation, and ethical technology leadership.
